The weather is warm, the Fourth of July roses on my terrace are blooming, and my assistant is spending the time she should be working staring out the window, a single tear running down her cheek. Where was I? Ah, yes, Spring! And Spring leads to Summer, as we all know--at least most of us do, I'm not so sure about some people.
